TEKNO R is a revolutionary model in umbrella design and functionality, awarded the prestigious RED DOR AWARD in 2024. Designed by the Italian studio of Claudio Bellini with two parts of the canopy that can be operated together and separately.
This allows one side to drop perpendicular to the floor to block the sun's oblique rays, while the other remains parallel to the surface. You can adjust it to different angles and settings.
The umbrella has a built-in ice light that is powered by a solar panel and is operated both manually and by remote control.

TEKNO R is not just an outdoor umbrella - it's an architectural shade system designed for those who appreciate artful engineering and timeless beauty.
The innovative two-piece design of the shade allows for independent adjustment of the opening angles on both sides, thus the shade can adapt effortlessly to the movement of the sun. When retracted, it can also function as a screen for greater privacy. When fully open, the canopy extends 2.05 metres, providing ample shade for large outdoor relaxation spaces.
The umbrella's 180 degree swivel function allows you to easily adjust its angle and direction when needed. It is also equipped with a multi-level height adjustment system to meet different user preferences.
The TEKNO R umbrella has a sturdy frame made from die-cast aluminium, ensuring long-lasting durability outdoors without fear of damage. Inside the frame is built-in gear technology and stainless steel components, allowing for a wider tilt angle. The base is a combination of an aluminum alloy frame with marble, giving it a sleek and stylish look, and the weight of 130 lbs. gives ample stability.
With a total weight of 156 kilograms, the umbrella can withstand wind and rain. Designed to withstand wind speeds up to level 8 (20 m/s or 72 km/h), ensuring reliable operation even in strong outdoor conditions.
The product is easy to assemble and disassemble, reducing transport space and carbon emissions. The entire manufacturing process complies with global environmental standards, and the equipment includes recycling and residue treatment facilities, minimizing polluting emissions and promoting environmental sustainability.
