Park View Residence is a modern residential complex in the capital's Banishora district. The area is preferred for its proximity to the center of Sofia and excellent transport connectivity.
The project was realized with an investment of 25 million euro and marks the debut of the investor Avail Properties on the market of high-quality properties in Bulgaria. Artefino participates in it with performance of decorative lattice facade, which turns the building's exterior into a distinctive architectural accent.
The complex is built on. “Gen. Stoletov” 27 and includes four residential sections with apartments, underground parking with platforms and green areas with playground. Construction was realized by Glavbolgarstroy AD and the architectural concept was created by Ivo Petrov Architects. It is this architectural vision puts the decorative facade grid as a key element of identity of the building.
For the decorative layout Artefino has provided facade beams AFB-10050 with size 100 × 50 mm. The profiles are dark chocolate in colour with a veneer 1 surface - a texture that mimics natural wood without its performance weaknesses.
The material is high quality composite wood, resistant to moisture, temperature changes and UV radiation. This is an important advantage given the weather conditions in the capital, where winters are cold and summers are hot and sunny.
The decorative beams are arranged in a lattice composition that gives rhythm and depth to the facade and corresponds with the modern architectural appearance of the building. The panels are suspended on a specially designed support structure with powder-coated elements. This solution provides stability, corrosion resistance and long service life with minimal maintenance.
The installation is characterized by logistical complexity typical of large-scale urban projects and the suspension of the panels on the facade is realized with the help of a tower crane. This technology allows precise positioning of elements at high height and ensure compliance with design requirements.
The finished façade of Park View Residence is a convincing example of how a functional material can also have architectural value. Dark chocolate composite beams add warmth and character to the strict modern geometry of the building.
